A wonderful and delicious Healthy snack for children and adults
Ingredients:
– Dates – 10 (without kernels)
– Almonds – 1 cup (peeled)
– Silan – 2 tablespoons (you can change the quantity to taste)
– Cocoa – 1 tablespoon (unsweetened)
– Coconut chips – 1 cup (mix well)
Preparation:
1. Mix the dates, the almonds, the silane and the cocoa spoons until you get a uniformly
textured pulp.
2. Prepare balls from the mixture with a spoon or with your hands
3. Roll each ball over the minced coconut mixture.
