A wonderful and delicious Healthy snack for children and adults
Ingredients:
- Dates - 10 (without kernels)
- Almonds - 1 cup (peeled)
- Silan - 2 tablespoons (you can change the quantity to taste)
- Cocoa - 1 tablespoon (unsweetened)
- Coconut chips - 1 cup (mix well)
Preparation:
1. Mix the dates, the almonds, the silane and the cocoa spoons until you get a uniformly
textured pulp.
2. Prepare balls from the mixture with a spoon or with your hands
3. Roll each ball over the minced coconut mixture.
